Watford Smiles supports Local Community

during Coronavirus Pandemic

Many other dental practices have passed on extra costs to patients; costs they have incurred to remain COVID-compliant, i.e. for personal protective equipment (PPE) used in appointments.

However, here at Watford Smiles; we believe everyone has suffered during the pandemic and in order to support our patients, we are proud to announce we have will continue to keep our costs the same.

At Watford Smiles; we are COVID-compliant to protect all patients and our team, and in addition, we have extended our opening hours to ensure you, our valued patients, can be seen at a convenient time to you. 

 

New Opening hours;

Monday 8am – 8pm

Tuesday 8am – 8pm

Wednesday 8am – 8pm

Thursday 8am – 8pm

Friday 8am – 4pm

Saturday 8am – 2pm

LOCKDOWN EASING 19th JULY 2021

Dear Valued Patient,

Watford Smiles are still open with enhanced PPE and enhanced safety operating procedures.

We still recommend those who wear masks continue to do so whilst in the premises as per dental guidelines released July 2019. (See our news article for more information on https://watfordsmiles.co.uk/2021/07/19/19th-july-lockdown-easing/)

It is vital to keep appointments and for anyone who think they need any kind of dental care to contact the practice and seek help.

Routine treatment is essential treatment. Your oral health is important and screening for oral disease including oral cancer is essential; so routine care will continue including examination, hygiene and treatment appointments.

  • Obtaining enhanced PPE inc. visors and gowns
  • Enhanced Ventilation - new windows and large extractors
  • Implementing and following clinical safety protocols
  • Regular COVID19 screening and tests
  • More digitalised with remote forms and use of Clinipads.
