Cobalt chrome dentures sits on your gums and uses your teeth to help keep your teeth in place. These are thinner, stronger and less material in your mouth.
Implant dentures is a denture that uses implants to stay in place. An implant is the most permanent solution for missing teeth and implant dentures help the dentures stay firmer
There are two types :
An over-denture uses two dental implants that help stabilise and retain the denture in your mouth. These ‘click’ into place and makes it easier for a person to speak, eat and talk.
Implant dentures is not really a denture at all, its more a fixed bridge.
